Supports property and casualty reinsurance underwriting by reviewing submissions, analyzing transactions, preparing client materials, assisting with audits, and supporting modeling, exposure management, portfolio analysis, and regulatory reporting. The role works closely with underwriters, actuaries, risk analysts, brokers, clients, and internal teams while developing expertise through an apprenticeship model.

Provides first- through third-line technical support for Windows and Mac environments across global offices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, networking, accounts, endpoint deployments, patching, security compliance, incident response, documentation, training, and vulnerability remediation. The role also supports server maintenance, ITSM and asset management processes, on-call operations, disaster recovery activities, and collaboration with infrastructure, security, application support, vendors, and global IT teams.
