Lead analysis and processing of moderate-to-highly complex (re)insurance claims across Casualty, Specialty and Property; perform claims audits; prepare management reporting; liaise with underwriters, actuaries, brokers and clients; ensure proper reserving and system updates; mentor and train claims staff; lead process improvement and cross-functional projects.

Support day-to-day investment portfolio administration including cash and security transfers, custody account administration, monitoring cash balances and exceptions, maintaining records, assisting with operational reporting, and providing trade settlement desk coverage after EU hours. Collaborate with internal teams and external custodians, brokers, and managers to ensure accurate, timely investment operations and support automation and process-improvement initiatives.

Lead design and daily operation of the Capital Partners compliance program, ensuring regulatory filings and controls for exempt reporting advisers and Bermuda investment entities. Monitor legal/regulatory developments, design risk-based testing, respond to regulators, support investor due diligence, provide training, and collaborate with global legal, risk, finance, and business teams.
