Interns may work across functions including actuarial, claims, analytics, human resources, investments, legal, operations, underwriting, or technology. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, analytical, research, collaboration, work ethic, and Excel proficiency or willingness to learn.

Leads global mobility tax compliance and advisory for expatriate employees, including shadow payroll, tax equalization, international filings, withholding, and treaty monitoring. Partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, and external advisors while overseeing payroll integration, risk management, and employee tax guidance. Drives process improvement and automation using AI, RPA, analytics, and global payroll technologies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across jurisdictions.

Support day-to-day investment portfolio administration including cash and security transfers, custody account administration, monitoring cash balances and exceptions, maintaining records, assisting with operational reporting, and providing trade settlement desk coverage after EU hours. Collaborate with internal teams and external custodians, brokers, and managers to ensure accurate, timely investment operations and support automation and process-improvement initiatives.
