Manage and grow broker accounts for environmental services by designing customized waste and recycling solutions, maintaining CRM records, conducting strategic meetings with key decision-makers, coordinating internal teams for service delivery, monitoring market trends, completing proposals and agreements, and expanding service adoption within assigned customers.

Handle escalated customer service issues for rapid resolution, coordinate across Sales/Operations/Accounting, follow up to close loops, identify policy violations, assess and streamline contact center processes, collaborate on process standards, and drive continuous improvement in Operational Excellence.

Lead design and implementation of automated test strategies and frameworks for web and mobile applications. Mentor test engineers, develop and maintain automation for end-to-end, API, integration, performance, and regression testing, work within Agile and CI/CD pipelines, report defects and metrics, and ensure application quality across releases.

Develop and support responsive full-stack web applications for the RISE platform. Analyze and tune applications, fix production defects, remediate security vulnerabilities, monitor application health, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver stable, scalable solutions.

Technical leader responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-scale digital platforms. Provides non-managerial direction to onshore/offshore teams, enforces architecture and coding standards, leads code reviews and CI/CD practices, supports Tier 2/3 incidents, optimizes application performance, and drives continuous improvement across development and operational processes.

Prepare and audit payroll entries and reconciliations for unionized, multi-state employees; calculate contributions, deductions, special payments, and reports; collaborate with HR/Total Rewards/HRIS; perform system testing and knowledge transfer.

Manage multi-state payroll tax setup, filings, reconciliations and payments. Collaborate with corporate and field teams, audit payroll tax data, resolve jurisdictional inquiries, maintain tax records and calendars, improve processes, and support payroll tax compliance and reporting.
