Provide administrative and communications support for the Office of the Vice Chancellor: schedule meetings, prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations, assist with event planning, handle inquiries and confidential information, and collaborate on marketing and communications tasks. Must manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Provide holistic one-on-one and group advising integrating academic planning, career development, and case management. Manage a student caseload, monitor progress, assist with financial aid and public benefits, support internships and the HRA Fellowship, maintain records in DMS and EAB Navigate, and contribute to program reporting and continuous improvement.

Lead operations for a portfolio of energy training programs, overseeing vendor partnerships, LMS operations, accreditation compliance (IACET), program performance, and continuous improvement. Supervise program managers and coordinators, manage instructional design projects, coordinate training events and logistics, and provide stakeholder reporting and strategic project leadership to ensure high-quality training delivery aligned with City agency goals.
