Supports the daily operations of two adult literacy programs by coordinating student intake, registration, testing, attendance, rosters, records, communications, outreach, and compliance documentation. Provides culturally responsive student support, maintains databases and program materials, assists with classroom logistics and events, and collaborates with instructional staff and the Program Manager. The role requires strong organization, communication, technology skills, confidentiality, and onsite availability.

Portrays female-presenting supervisory and parental characters in child welfare and juvenile justice simulations. Reviews training objectives and character guides, participates in live or virtual simulations, improvises authentically, follows direction, and provides strength-based feedback to learners. Requires acting, stage, live video, or improvisation skills, appropriate attire, monthly availability, travel throughout New York City, and reliable internet and devices for virtual assignments.

Build employer partnerships and hiring pipelines for CUNY Human Biology students and graduates. Identify workforce needs, secure paid internships and full-time opportunities, cultivate employer relationships, coordinate with campus career offices and leadership, refer qualified students, and communicate in-demand skills to faculty and advisors. The role is primarily onsite four days weekly at Hunter College and is grant-funded through June 2027.
