Teams at Research Foundation of the City University of New York

Administers the pre-award research grant process, helping investigators identify funding opportunities, interpret solicitations, develop compliant proposals and budgets, obtain approvals, and submit packages through Cayuse and sponsor portals. Coordinates award acceptance, initial account setup, and handoff to post-award teams. Maintains records, tracks deadlines and actions, prepares reports, supports outreach and training, and collaborates with faculty, sponsors, subrecipients, and institutional offices.

Supports an after-school youth development program for middle school students. Responsibilities include supervising participants, distributing snacks, entering program data, conducting family outreach, maintaining student registration records, mentoring youth, assisting with field trips, and helping create a safe, welcoming environment. The role also involves professional development and collaboration with program staff serving under-resourced communities.

Leads CUNY’s university-wide career and academic integration strategy across 26 campuses. Oversees CUNY Beyond workstreams spanning career exploration, integrated advising, and career-connected learning; manages teams, faculty, vendors, campus stakeholders, and external partners; advises senior leadership; monitors impact data; drives continuous improvement; and builds scalable practices, partnerships, and funding collaborations to improve undergraduate career outcomes.
