Provides administrative support for HR activities involving grant-sponsored employees, including onboarding, personnel changes, document review, data entry, and confidential records management. Supports pre-award and post-award grants administration through document tracking, correspondence, reporting, scheduling, mailbox monitoring, and routine follow-up. Coordinates with HR, payroll, CUNY, faculty, staff, and external partners while escalating complex policy, compliance, or grants matters.

Manages energy training programs, vendors, learning events, curriculum updates, LMS administration, assessments, and program evaluations. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, supports instructors and subject matter experts, monitors training quality and outcomes, manages procurement-related processes, and leads process improvements and special projects supporting energy management and workforce development.

Leads a DYCD-funded middle school after-school program, overseeing daily operations, youth programming, staff supervision, recruitment, enrollment, attendance, compliance, family and school partnerships, inclusion support, crisis planning, evaluations, and participant well-being. The role develops educational, social-emotional, recreational, and academic enrichment activities while maintaining records, staff certifications, timesheets, and regulatory requirements.
