The Founding iOS Engineer will develop the next-generation iOS app for ResortPass. Responsibilities include owning the iOS app, crafting the architecture, collaborating with product and design teams, and establishing best practices. This role emphasizes high-quality user experience, app performance, and team leadership in mobile engineering.

Lead design and build of a versioned external booking API and core booking domain. Ensure transactional correctness, prevent oversells, handle retries and failures, create reusable connectors to PMS/POS, set reliability targets, and operate the platform with observability, tests, and runbooks while mentoring engineers and delivering partner integrations.

Report to the CEO to drive company-wide alignment and scale: set KPIs, manage investor relations, systematize processes, support P&L and budget, lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, build analytics/dashboards, partner with HR on hiring and org design, run executive and board meetings, and act as point person for company-wide projects and communications.
