Lead drafting, review, negotiation, and management of domestic and international contracts (MSAs, SOWs, CDAs, clinical and supply agreements). Advise internal stakeholders, improve contracting processes, maintain contract repository, train teams, and support legal due diligence and special projects.

Manage end-to-end execution of healthcare professional promotional programs: plan and track campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and improve operational processes to scale HCP loyalty and promotions.

Lead and operate Revance's global healthcare compliance program for pharmaceuticals, devices, and aesthetics. Advise on FDA advertising/promotion, anti‑kickback, Sunshine Act, HIPAA, FCPA and related laws; build policies, training, monitoring, investigations, third‑party diligence, and reporting; partner with business and legal leaders; manage a small compliance team and serve on promotional, pricing, and compliance committees.
