Partners with Finance and Technology leaders to rationalize legacy systems, implement strategic platforms, manage budgets and business cases, ensure compliance and service reliability, and deliver measurable value across ERP, EPM, reporting, payments, tax, treasury, and shared services.

Leads financial statement preparation, investor and lender reporting, technical accounting policies, pension and savings plan statements, audit coordination, impairment assessments, and financial close improvements. Partners with FP&A, Tax, Legal, HR, Treasury, auditors, and global finance teams. Uses Hyperion, Workiva, SAP, JDE, BlackLine, and AuditBoard to support reporting, reconciliations, controls, and analysis. Requires strong U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting expertise, a Finance or Accounting degree, CPA designation, and at least eight years of experience.

Leads go-to-market strategy and omnichannel activation for Revlon’s Eye category. Owns category growth plans, brand communications, retail and eCommerce execution, performance reporting, forecasting, budgets, and P&L coordination. Partners with Finance, Sales, Trade Marketing, Creative, Digital, Retail Experience, and Operations to drive share, sales, profitability, and consistent brand experiences across channels.
