The leader partners with the People Team on HR concerns and must be able to work physically throughout the gallery, stock room, and office.

Leads restaurant hospitality operations, team development, service standards, hiring, scheduling, guest experience, financial performance, safety compliance, and revenue optimization. Partners with the Hospitality Leader to execute strategy and assumes full operational leadership when needed.

Oversee physical building and IT operations for an RH Guesthouse, including facilities standards, building engineering, restaurant equipment, safety, security, and privacy. Lead and develop the facilities team, provide world-class service, solve complex operational issues, and support hospitality operations. The role requires a certified chief engineer with extensive hospitality and facilities leadership experience, flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, occasional travel, and the ability to perform physical work.

Provide world-class guest service at an RH guesthouse: prepare and serve beverages, take in-room and table orders using POS, maintain clean, stocked service areas, answer guest questions, and assist with restocking and cleaning duties.

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic hospitality, commercial, and residential customers: quoting, order and fulfillment planning, cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, forecasting, CRM logging, and post-delivery closeout to drive successful, on-time project delivery.

Drive and grow RH's residential trade business by qualifying and educating design clients, conducting consultations and site visits, assisting design development and installations, providing product expertise and elevated service, and maintaining gallery visual and quality standards.

Lead strategic relationships and regional sales growth for luxury Hospitality and Residential FF&E accounts. Own full project lifecycle from specification to fulfillment, generate forecasts, pursue new customers and projects, collaborate with design/sourcing/operations, attend industry events, and log activities in CRM to meet sales and margin targets.
