Provide world-class guest service at an RH guesthouse: prepare and serve beverages, take in-room and table orders using POS, maintain clean, stocked service areas, answer guest questions, and assist with restocking and cleaning duties.

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic hospitality, commercial, and residential customers: quoting, order and fulfillment planning, cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, forecasting, CRM logging, and post-delivery closeout to drive successful, on-time project delivery.

Build and grow RH's interior design trade business by qualifying and educating design clients, conducting consultations and site visits, assisting with design development, coordinating services and installations, providing product expertise and elevated service, and supporting gallery visual and quality standards.

Lead and develop gallery teams to deliver a luxury customer experience, drive results through coaching and accountability, manage staffing and HR concerns, represent the RH brand, educate teams on product and design, and oversee day-to-day gallery operations including physical tasks on the sales floor.

Lead creative direction for medium-sized or components of large interior design projects, collaborate with sales, sourcing and operations, manage multiple projects from discovery to final deliverables, elevate processes and mentor team designers, and occasionally travel domestically and internationally.
