Leads all facets of a luxury retail gallery, including team leadership, customer and associate experience, product education, talent development, performance accountability, and operational execution. The role requires strong communication, decision-making, organization, and coaching skills, along with passion for luxury design and the RH aesthetic. The leader partners with the People Team on HR concerns and must be able to work physically throughout the gallery, stock room, and office.

Leads restaurant hospitality operations, team development, service standards, hiring, scheduling, guest experience, financial performance, safety compliance, and revenue optimization. Partners with the Hospitality Leader to execute strategy and assumes full operational leadership when needed.

Oversee physical building and IT operations for an RH Guesthouse, including facilities standards, building engineering, restaurant equipment, safety, security, and privacy. Lead and develop the facilities team, provide world-class service, solve complex operational issues, and support hospitality operations. The role requires a certified chief engineer with extensive hospitality and facilities leadership experience, flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, occasional travel, and the ability to perform physical work.
