Onsite in NYC five days a week.

The Growth Marketing Lead will oversee acquisition through paid and organic channels, mentor a Growth Associate, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales while leveraging AI for efficiency.

Own an end-to-end product surface like a founder: discover customer problems, prototype (especially with AI), prioritize and ship iteratively, partner with design/engineering/ops/GTM, and measure impact to drive decisions and pivots.
