Teams at Rho

Process ACH, wire, card, and credit repayment transactions; issue rewards and credits; maintain credit and card settings; manage payment exceptions, returns, fraud holds, and compliance escalations. Produce delinquency reports, support standby letters of credit, coordinate with banking and internal teams, and improve payment workflows through documentation and automation.

Own employee IT support and the technology backbone for Rho’s NYC office and distributed team. Manage macOS and Windows devices, MDM, identity and SaaS systems, onboarding and offboarding, office networking, AV, conference rooms, and IT assets. Build scalable processes, documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources while partnering with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management.

Own Rho’s marketing data infrastructure, metrics definitions, dbt models, attribution, and reporting in Snowflake. Integrate marketing, CRM, advertising, analytics, referral, and call-platform data; reconcile conflicting funnel and CAC metrics; and build recurring executive reporting. Manage reverse ETL activation, marketing systems hygiene, PII handling, taxonomy, data contracts, instrumentation, documentation, and monitoring. Partner with data engineering while serving as the sole owner of marketing measurement and data quality.
