Support purchasing, merchandising and pricing to optimise stock placement, sell-through and profitability. Produce stock and purchasing analysis, manage weekly store replenishment and visual merchandising, execute regional campaigns, report on trends, and collaborate with Purchasing, Pricing, Finance and Country Managers to improve inventory velocity.

Lead and implement the CRM and Clienteling strategy for the Americas, driving client acquisition, retention and omnichannel engagement. Deliver CRM training, analytics and insights (predictive modeling, reporting), manage gifting and new tool launches, support boutique and partner activations, and report on program performance and ROI to HQ and commercial teams.

Lead workforce management analysis and system support for retail boutiques: troubleshoot WFM systems, forecast demand, analyze staffing and adherence, produce reports, recommend schedule and headcount changes, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
