Support Ethics & Compliance by performing compliance monitoring, quality assurance, internal investigations, third-party due diligence, contract compliance reviews, metrics/reporting, and documentation. Cross-train across audit, risk, and compliance functions and produce reports for senior leadership and the board.

Leads the architecture and implementation of AI-powered cybersecurity capabilities across threat intelligence, threat research, security operations, incident response, and managed security services. Designs agentic AI systems, security copilots, RAG platforms, automation workflows, and model operations frameworks. Establishes AI governance, evaluation, monitoring, and deployment standards while partnering with engineering, product, services, sales, and executive teams to improve detection, response, investigation efficiency, service quality, and client outcomes.

Define and execute enterprise strategy for data, analytics, AI, automation, and innovation. Build data governance, architecture, engineering, BI, and AI adoption (including Generative and Agentic AI). Identify high-value use cases, scale emerging technologies, partner with IT functions, lead high-performing teams, advise executives and board-level stakeholders, and ensure security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI compliance.
