Lead the Learning & Development function by strategizing and implementing AI fluency programs, facilitating learning experiences, and addressing capability gaps for Ripple's growth.

Lead external communications and narrative for Ripples institutional product lines (prime brokerage, treasury management, liquidity). Drive product and partnership announcements, build thought leadership for financial audiences, manage executive spokespeople and media relationships, coordinate rapid-response and issues communications, and partner with legal, compliance, product, and marketing on go-to-market messaging.

Lead Ripple's corporate development efforts globally, driving M&A, investments, partnerships, due diligence, integration, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and cross-functional execution while building processes and high-velocity deal pipelines.
