The Treasury Manager leads global liquidity management, including daily cash and crypto positioning, liquidity forecasting, pooling and yield optimization, working capital improvement, cash reporting, treasury systems development, FX risk management, and banking relationships. The role partners across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and Crypto Operations while mentoring junior team members.

Manage global workplace tenant improvement and commercial construction projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout. Lead architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders while owning budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, change control, risks, reporting, and project accounting. Deliver multiple concurrent projects across domestic and international markets, ensuring compliance with governance requirements and maintaining quality, cost, and schedule commitments.

Drives revenue and product adoption across Ripple’s customer base by deepening relationships, scaling payment volume, implementing custody solutions, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. Advises customers, analyzes financial value, manages complex stakeholder relationships, leads cross-functional initiatives, supports deal execution, gathers market feedback, and champions internal process improvements.
