Process payroll cycles, manage filings and remittances across all states, handle registrations, notices, and year-end reporting. Build SOPs, controls, and audit-ready records. Support clients on complex compliance issues and work with product and engineering to improve the payroll platform.

Own end-to-end onboarding for clients onto Rise's Direct Payroll: gather requirements, configure accounts, migrate and validate payroll data, run initial payrolls, ensure compliance, document repeatable processes, and coordinate handoffs to operations while partnering with Product and Engineering.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through high-volume multi-channel outreach (email, social, phone). Research target customers, nurture inbound/outbound leads, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain HubSpot data, and iterate outreach to improve conversion.
