The Sociotherapist provides direct therapeutic support to children in foster care, coordinating care, managing behaviors, and facilitating family reunification through structured interventions and home visits.

Provide comprehensive case management for minors under ORR/OCFS standards from admission to discharge. Conduct intakes, assessments, foster home visits, coordinate medical/educational/legal services, support family reunification and immigration processes, maintain EHR and program records, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, transport youth as needed, and participate in on-call rotation.

Support HR talent acquisition and onboarding by managing candidate experience, coordinating recruitment and background checks, maintaining HRIS/employee files, conducting new-hire orientation logistics, and assisting employees and supervisors with policy interpretation and compliance tasks.

Provide in-home and clinic-based therapeutic support to children with complex needs, implement treatment plans, attend case conferences, document progress in CONNECTIONS, perform home visits, support behavioral goals, and assist families toward reunification.

The Case Planner provides services to children in foster care, connecting families with resources, developing service plans, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Lead planning and execution of fundraising and cultivation events (including the annual Gala), generate event revenue, manage donors and prospects, coordinate vendors/staff/volunteers, handle event marketing, budgeting, financial reporting, and operations, and work with leadership and the Board to meet revenue goals.

The Clinical Supervisor oversees a licensed clinical team addressing mental health, substance misuse, and intimate partner violence, providing guidance, support, and direct services while ensuring program protocol adherence and tailored family referrals.

Perform child-focused adoption recruitment: assess children's readiness, develop custom recruitment plans, identify and engage potential families and connections, coordinate with case managers and multidisciplinary teams, conduct outreach and PR, complete program reporting (Wendy's Wonderful Kids), and support adoption transition planning and data collection.

Deliver biweekly individual sessions, design and run workshops, co-create individualized engagement plans, staff weekend Teen Hub on rotation, coordinate cases with staff and stakeholders, maintain accurate program records and funder reports, and participate in team supervision and meetings.

Provide healing-centered, anti-oppressive clinical supervision and direct clinical support to 15-20 youth, supervise Senior Counselors across hubs, develop individualized engagement plans, collect program data and reports, coordinate cases with stakeholders, staff weekend teen hub on rotation, and maintain accurate records.

The Case Planner provides services to foster children, connects families to resources, develops service plans, documents progress, makes home visits, attends court hearings, and coordinates community networks.

The Group Supervisor supports youth in a residential setting by facilitating skill-building groups, organizing activities, and collaborating with staff to meet individual goals.

The Nursing Supervisor oversees nursing services across residential programs, ensuring clinical practice, regulatory compliance, and healthcare coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Support full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding for entry-level roles: source, screen, interview, coordinate onboarding, maintain ATS/HRIS records, run background checks, collaborate with hiring managers, and participate in recruiting events to build candidate pipelines and ensure compliance.
