Teams at Rising Ground

Oversee and coordinate COMPASS afterschool curriculum and enrichment programming, supervise Group Leaders and Youth Workers, manage program data and documentation, provide coaching and training, ensure compliance with DYCD and Rising Ground requirements, support daily operations and family/community engagement.

Supervise and engage an assigned group of school-age children in the COMPASS Afterschool Program. Lead daily activities across social-emotional learning, STEAM, literacy, physical activity, and academic support; maintain attendance, incident reports, and safety during transitions, meals, field trips, and events. Communicate with staff, families, and partners to support participant needs and foster an inclusive, developmentally appropriate environment.

Lead and manage the COMPASS afterschool program for elementary youth: supervise staff, ensure compliance with DYCD/SACC requirements, oversee enrollment and program implementation, build school and community partnerships, manage reporting and resources, and coordinate professional development and mental health/crisis protocols.
