Provide administrative and facilities support for the NYC office: manage vendors and facilities, handle reception and phone coverage, maintain desk reservations and conference rooms, process vendor invoices and Concur expense reimbursements, assist with regional event planning and leader scheduling, and coordinate building safety and mail duties.

Manage a portfolio of 401(k)/retirement plan clients, serve as primary contact for plan sponsors, prepare reports and presentations, support enrollments, assist compliance testing, and ensure service delivery aligned with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.

Lead enterprise insurance analytics initiatives supporting underwriting, claims, finance, and operations. Build reporting and dashboards, ensure data integrity across TPAs and systems, support captive program performance, partner with actuary and IT, and present actionable insights to leadership.
