Lead M&A-focused State and Local Tax engagements including buy- and sell-side due diligence, tax structuring, nexus and taxability analyses, sales/use risk assessments, post-close integration, controversy/audit defense, and tax process improvement for private equity and corporate clients.

The role involves leading business development and sales, executing NetSuite projects, and developing practice materials, requiring strong implementation experience and client relationship skills.

Conduct SOX/ICFR risk assessments, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, develop remediation roadmaps, create control process flows and risk/control matrices, communicate findings to clients, and support internal audit and cybersecurity risk assessments.
