Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple practices, partnering with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies. Source, assess, engage, and close diverse candidates for advisory, finance, analytics, accounting, risk, compliance, and specialized technology roles. Build talent pipelines, optimize recruiting systems and reporting, enhance employer branding and candidate experience, lead recruiting programs, and coach junior talent acquisition team members.

The role involves developing strategic content, executive messaging, and proposals to enhance Riveron's market presence while collaborating with senior leaders on key initiatives.

Lead complex IPO, de-SPAC, M&A, carve-out, and other capital markets engagements from readiness through execution and public-company transition. Advise CFOs and senior stakeholders on technical accounting, SEC reporting, financial statements, internal controls, and reporting processes. Manage workplans, teams, stakeholders, and engagement economics while coordinating with auditors, underwriters, legal counsel, and transaction advisors. Develop client relationships, support business development, mentor staff, and build the capital markets practice.
