Provides outpatient psychiatric care through telehealth and hybrid appointments, including psychotherapy, medication management, diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, and concurrent documentation. Develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with an interdisciplinary mental health team, supports peers, and participates in clinical development and quality improvement. Requires a medical degree, psychiatry residency, state medical licensure, DEA registration, and board eligibility or certification in psychiatry.

Provide outpatient psychiatric care through telehealth, including evidence-based psychotherapy, medication management, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. Manage approximately 50 patients weekly while documenting during sessions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinicians, support peers and supervisors, and participate in team meetings. The role offers clinical autonomy, professional development, and potential advancement into supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
