Creates accurate pipe and duct spool drawings, assembly drawings, skid drawings, spool maps, and manufacturing documentation from coordinated VDC/BIM models. Reviews designs for quality, constructability, and manufacturability; exports model data to CAM software; organizes components for fabrication; and collaborates with VDC, shop, field, and project teams to support efficient installation and project execution.

Leads VDC/BIM coordination for complex construction projects, including 3D trade-system layout, clash detection, coordination meetings, RFI tracking, drawing quality control, fabrication drawing review, and schedule compliance. Collaborates with preconstruction, project management, engineering, field, manufacturing, and subcontractor teams. Mentors staff, manages CPMI plans, tracks progress, identifies rerouting needs, and communicates staffing or schedule risks to leadership.

Leads VDC and BIM coordination across preconstruction, project management, field, and manufacturing teams. Reviews contract documents, models, and fabrication drawings for constructability, quality, and compliance. Guides prefabrication, material selection, shop workflow, and delivery planning while supporting schedules, budgets, reporting, and process improvements. Provides team leadership, training, corrective action, and regular project-site collaboration to optimize construction execution.
