Owns and strengthens the security posture of cloud-based SaaS and Microsoft 365 environments. Responsibilities include vulnerability management, incident response, cloud and endpoint hardening, identity and data protection, secure configuration, monitoring, compliance evidence, customer security reviews, and risk management aligned with HITRUST, HIPAA, NIST, and related frameworks.

Designs, develops, deploys, tests, troubleshoots, and supports MEDITECH interfaces and data migrations, including HL7 interfaces, flat files, SQL imports, and data transformations. The role manages interface lifecycles, resolves customer issues, documents solutions, and collaborates with customers, vendors, project managers, and implementation teams to improve healthcare interoperability and data exchange.

Manage strategic corporate healthcare accounts across the Pacific Northwest, developing account strategies, expanding existing relationships, closing large SaaS platform deals, and driving multi-year revenue growth. Build executive relationships, present to C-suite stakeholders, position healthcare solutions, manage complex sales cycles, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts. The role requires deep healthcare SaaS sales experience, strong strategic selling skills, and travel to customer meetings.

Research, qualify, and engage prospective healthcare clients via phone, email, HubSpot, and LinkedIn. Build tailored messaging and business cases, maintain Salesforce data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support lead follow-up, and assist with conference logistics and meetings to drive pipeline growth.
