Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, project documentation, validation readiness, and Statements of Work. Coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct client meetings, provide status reporting, drive decision-making, and improve delivery processes. The role is client-facing, may be remote or office-based in the United States, and includes occasional evening, weekend, and travel support for go-live activities.

Deliver complex healthcare data migration solutions for system implementations and upgrades. Diagnose technical issues, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, apply AI and automation to improve workflows and data quality, and execute testing and validation. The role supports Epic, EMR integrations, HL7, CCDA, custom configurations, and advanced service requests while managing project costs and ensuring reliable service delivery.
