Own and improve practice operations supporting clinical and non-clinical frontline teams. Manage onboarding, support desk operations, performance cadences, process automation, and special projects. Partner with People, Data, IT, Learning and Development, and Licensing and Credentialing teams to improve efficiency, consistency, service delivery, and frontline employee experience.

Lead Ro’s highest-priority integrated consumer marketing campaigns from strategy through launch and performance assessment. Develop cohesive strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels; coordinate Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Communications, Insights, and channel teams; establish campaign architecture, priorities, timelines, and operating rhythms; resolve blockers; and improve campaign planning through performance feedback. This senior individual contributor role requires strong creative judgment, cross-functional leadership, operational rigor, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving consumer business.

Coordinate high-volume recruiting interviews, calendars, candidate communications, job postings, and onsite interview logistics. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an organized, empathetic candidate experience. The role also supports Talent Team projects and requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. This is a temporary six-month position with potential extension.
