Own compensation analytics, systems, and program execution for base pay and variable programs. Build models, run benchmarking, maintain trackers/dashboards, administer merit/promotions, improve tooling and automation, support M&A integration, and partner with People, HRIS, Finance, and Legal.

Provide regulatory legal advice to a retail broker-dealer: navigate SEC/FINRA rules, draft policies, disclosures and agreements, engage regulators, review marketing, resolve estate/bankruptcy/account issues, monitor rulemaking, research securities questions, and partner with cross-functional teams including compliance, product, litigation, and government affairs.

Support compliance for Robinhood’s debit, spending, and credit products by analyzing regulatory changes, reviewing disclosures and marketing, managing disputes and complaints, coordinating with sponsor banks and partners, supporting audits and exams, and embedding regulatory requirements into product development and policies.
