Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate ROI, payback, customer and asset growth, and resource allocation. Modernize finance processes through automation and AI, develop leadership reporting, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and provide clear recommendations to senior leaders.

Supports compliance operations for Robinhood Asset Management’s investment advisory business. Responsibilities include implementing regulatory policies, validating supervision and controls, resolving complaints and client inquiries, identifying risks, building compliance workflows, testing books and records, establishing information barriers, and addressing conflicts of interest. The role collaborates across teams to support compliant product launches and improve customer-facing advisory services.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered agentic trading experiences, from early concepts through launch. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, creative teams, and brokerage leadership to define product direction, create prototypes, simplify complex financial and AI concepts, and establish shared interaction patterns. Use LLMs and AI-assisted tools in the design workflow while ensuring products meet quality, regulatory, usability, and user-trust standards.
