Coordinate end-to-end interview processes across functions, manage candidate communications and scheduling, maintain ATS data (Ashby), prepare interview materials and search health reports, track process blockers, improve recruiting workflows and support offer/onboarding logistics. Ensure a polished candidate experience and operational partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.

The Growth Account Executive will manage the sales cycle for inbound leads, running demos, closing deals, and collaborating with teams to enhance product adoption. They will also navigate technical objections and nurture customer relationships.

Develop and implement sales strategies to build customer relationships, drive leads, and manage inbound inquiries, while becoming a product expert.
