Leads complex, high-risk employee relations investigations across a multi-state charter school network. Advises leaders on performance, terminations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture; ensures employment-law and student-safety compliance; oversees mandatory training, personnel records, audits, regulatory responses, and authorizer reporting. The role also identifies systemic concerns, recommends corrective actions, coaches leaders, and mediates sensitive workplace disputes. Travel of up to 25% is required for campus investigations and leadership workshops.

The Chief Talent Officer leads Rocketship Public Schools’ enterprise talent and HR strategy across talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, rewards, HR systems, and compliance. The role transforms recruiting and employee lifecycle systems, strengthens manager effectiveness and performance culture, oversees workforce analytics and Workday data, and partners with regional and school leaders across four regions. Regular nationwide travel is required, with an expected 40–60% travel commitment during the first year.
