Manage and optimize Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns; monitor budgets and performance, verify conversion tracking, conduct QA, update dashboards, and prepare reports. Support keyword research, SEO, landing pages, website updates, ad copy, competitor research, and client documentation. Use AI tools to investigate issues and recommend improvements while communicating proactively with consultants, clients, and agency leadership.

Provides remote front-desk and administrative support for a private equity firm. Responsibilities include greeting virtual visitors, managing building access, coordinating meetings and calendars, arranging travel and expenses, ordering supplies, coordinating vendors and deliveries, handling office requests, and monitoring general inquiries. The role requires polished communication, strong organization, discretion, software proficiency, independent work, and availability during regular Central Time business hours.

Owns day-to-day corporate bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close support, aging reports, and financial summaries. The role also supports year-end close, tax preparation, 1099 filing, audits, vendor and customer records, and collections. It requires independent remote work, strong accounting software and spreadsheet skills, US GAAP knowledge, accurate communication, and experience supporting US-based companies.
