Build and own AI-native GTM systems that power outbound/inbound prospecting, lead qualification, automated meeting workflows, deal flagging, and the CRM/data foundation (Attio). Design and integrate agentic automation, measurement, and feedback loops to increase seller capacity and drive revenue.

Lead architecture and build a data-intensive, customer-facing product stack from backend data pipelines and cloud warehouses to frontend application surfaces. Own technical direction, implement durable software abstractions replacing manual services, ensure quality and reliability, and hire/mentor a small engineering and data team. Translate complex healthcare and practice-management data into usable tools for clinic staff.
