Own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for behavioral health clinicians; build provider pipelines; drive provider engagement, retention, and satisfaction; coordinate with credentialing and ops; track hiring metrics and lead engagement initiatives.

Partner with NP practices to lead onboarding, growth, and retention by analyzing practice data, building financial models and forecasts, delivering tailored operational recommendations, advocating customer needs cross-functionally, tracking NPS and renewals, and helping scale playbooks, templates, and processes for customer success.

Own clinician performance management and lead clinical leads for therapy or psychological assessment. Run quality programs, diagnose trends from clinical metrics, handle clinician escalations, manage hiring/training, and support cross-functional clinician-facing rollouts. Translate clinical strategy into repeatable, operational programs to scale clinician quality and outcomes.
