Owns end-to-end content campaign performance across client and owned-brand accounts. Develops data-driven content strategies, selects effective formats and hooks, monitors campaign metrics, briefs creatives, orchestrates creators, runs experiments, and guides engineering roadmap priorities. Collaborates with account managers to translate client objectives into campaigns that improve traffic and conversions, with occasional travel to Eastern Europe offices.

Own the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, commitments, and deadline management. Coordinate meetings across time zones, draft communications, prepare the CEO, and proactively improve time use. Manage shipping, hardware procurement and inventory, vendors, invoicing, contracts, office operations, offsites, and J-1 trainee logistics. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, reliability, precision, and calm execution in a fast-moving startup.

Build and manage the healthcare partnerships pipeline, prioritize target segments, source and qualify opportunities, and close complex partnership deals. Develop repeatable go-to-market and sales processes, create partner-facing materials, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and represent the company with employers, brokers, payers, TPAs, and healthcare organizations. Work directly with the CEO to establish the partnerships function and scale distribution.
