Own the company’s brand and content from strategy through execution. Define voice and narrative, create and distribute content across social, blogs, video, email, website, launches, and sales collateral, and measure performance. Partner closely with founders, sales, and product to turn customer insights and product outcomes into compelling stories and campaigns. The role is fully onsite in New York City and includes travel to customer manufacturing facilities.

Own customer AI agent deployments from workflow discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Map requirements, write SOPs and prompts, build evaluations, configure tools and guardrails, monitor performance, investigate failures, and quantify ROI. Lead customer workshops, manage dependencies, and translate field insights into reusable product improvements. The role requires daily coding and LLM work, close collaboration with product and engineering, five days per week in NYC, and travel to customer sites.

Owns the company’s virtual and in-person community programming for nurse-practitioner practice owners. Responsibilities include managing online communities, planning events, webinars, courses, dinners, and trips, coordinating content and vendors, building engagement workflows, creating campaigns, and collaborating with Growth, Product, Engineering, and Operations. The role develops a community operating playbook from the ground up, supports practice-owner relationships, and drives retention, referrals, and pipeline.
