Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships for mParticle’s CDP, serving as a trusted advisor to global Fortune 50–500 brands. Develop success plans, drive platform adoption, expansion, retention, and measurable business outcomes. Lead executive stakeholder engagement and QBRs, monitor customer health, and collaborate with Solutions, Sales, and Product teams. Provide platform guidance, influence product direction through customer feedback, and use AI and automation to improve account intelligence, planning, and customer outcomes.

Support C-suite executives with comprehensive calendar, meeting, event, travel, visa, expense, and credit-card coordination. Manage logistics, agendas, communications, expense reconciliation, and confidential information while anticipating executive needs. Create efficient workflows using AI and automation tools, adapt to changing priorities, and provide backup support to other executive assistants.

The Customer Success Manager will strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business goals, provide expert guidance on the platform, and track customer success metrics.
