Senior leader accountable for architecting and scaling Sales Operations: CRM (HubSpot) governance, forecasting, compensation design, quota/territory modeling, analytics, and cross-functional alignment. Lead and scale the revenue organization for a veterinary marketplace: design coverage and GTM, own forecasting and unit economics, hire and develop sales leaders, build enablement and QA loops, align cross-functional partners, and drive revenue growth while maintaining cost of sales and operational discipline.

Lead product work for a labor marketplace squad: define roadmap, ship features using AI-assisted prototyping and internal coding tools, write PRDs, run research and experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver measurable outcomes for veterinary professionals and hospitals.

Manage the Relief-to-Hire placement process for veterinary professionals: guide candidates from interest to offer, coordinate with hospital partners and internal teams, maintain records in HubSpot, support billing and reporting, follow SOPs, and identify process improvements to increase placement success.
