Lead Roo’s brand and integrated marketing strategy across campaigns, content, social, community, events, PR, web, and paid channels. Manage and develop the brand team and external partners, shape thought leadership and storytelling, guide creative direction, and ensure consistent brand execution across the customer journey. Use research, performance data, and emerging AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness, while building stronger connections with the veterinary community.

Lead Roo’s sales organization and integrated revenue strategy across hospitals and veterinary providers. Responsibilities include designing sales coverage and territory models, allocating headcount and budget, improving forecasting and quota attainment, scaling go-to-market playbooks, building enablement and coaching programs, managing CRM and automation systems, developing leadership talent, and aligning Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data around revenue priorities.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack features for Roo’s veterinary staffing marketplace. Develop across the React Native mobile app and backend services, contribute to architecture, write unit and end-to-end tests, resolve production issues, improve observability and reliability, and support deployments and CI/CD. Collaborate with product, design, data, DevOps, and engineering teams while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical improvements.
