Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives to acquire, onboard, and engage independent insurance agencies. Set goals and metrics, oversee outbound acquisition strategies, optimize onboarding, partner cross-functionally, analyze performance, and build scalable processes and playbooks to drive agency growth and conversion.
