Manage and reconcile general ledgers for multiple residential properties; prepare and post journal entries and accruals; compile monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages; coordinate audits; ensure GAAP compliance and timely year-end closes; communicate with asset management and clients; support ad-hoc duties and property transitions.

Support the Community Manager in daily property operations, resident relations, leasing, rent/lease administration, budget and reporting tasks, inspections, move-in/move-out coordination, vendor coordination for maintenance and CapEx projects, and emergency response. Maintain community files, data entry in property systems, and supervise resident retention programs while being onsite and available for weekend and after-hours needs.

Lead operational excellence for a multifamily portfolio, overseeing property managers, budgets, owner reporting, asset management, leasing/retention, compliance, capital planning, staff recruitment/training, site inspections, and cross-department collaboration to drive performance and resident satisfaction.

Manage and optimize the Yardi property management system (YardiOne/Voyager), support integrations, provide end-user training, implement new modules, collaborate with vendors and departments, and ensure reliable system performance and process improvements. On-site presence required.

Lead operational excellence for multifamily properties by mentoring property teams, overseeing budgets and owner reporting, managing asset transactions, ensuring compliance and maintenance, driving leasing and retention strategies, coordinating marketing, and performing frequent site visits to preserve property integrity and performance.
