Directs operations and compliance for a multi-site affordable housing portfolio. Oversees regulatory requirements, LIHTC and subsidy programs, audits, inspections, reporting, financial performance, staffing, and resident services. Builds relationships with agencies, owners, investors, and community partners while implementing risk controls and corrective actions. Leads, trains, and evaluates regional and site-level teams, conducts site visits, and ensures operational, financial, compliance, and resident service objectives are achieved.

Leads operations for selected multifamily properties, partnering with property managers on budgets, financial performance, leasing, compliance, maintenance, marketing, and resident satisfaction. Prepares owner reports and business plans, supports asset management activities, oversees capital replacement plans, conducts site inspections, and manages property staff recruitment, retention, and development. The role requires frequent travel between portfolio sites, strong building operations knowledge, and effective communication with owners, tenants, vendors, and employees.

Supports multifamily property operations, resident relations, leasing, lease administration, inspections, compliance, budgeting, reporting, vendor coordination, and resident retention. Assists with move-ins and move-outs, security deposits, work orders, emergencies, insurance requirements, and community communications. The role is on-site, requires weekend availability, building mobility, strong communication skills, multifamily leasing or assistant management experience, and proficiency with property management software.
