Lead multifamily operations for a portfolio, driving operational excellence, financial performance, owner reporting, asset management support, team leadership, compliance, leasing and marketing collaboration, site inspections, and recruitment/training to maximize resident satisfaction and property integrity.

Greet residents and visitors, control building access, enforce security protocols, assist with packages and minor maintenance, communicate with management and service providers, follow emergency procedures, and maintain compliance with safety and building regulations. Must be on-site and able to perform physical tasks.

Maintain and reconcile general ledgers for multiple residential properties, prepare and post journal entries and accruals, compile monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages, coordinate audits, ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial records, close year-end reports to meet auditor and client deadlines, and communicate with asset management, clients, staff, vendors.
