Sources, evaluates, structures, executes, and manages infrastructure debt investments across North America. Responsibilities include relationship development, credit analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, risk assessment, covenant and pricing analysis, investment committee presentations, legal documentation, and ongoing portfolio oversight. The role requires strong commercial judgment, quantitative analysis, communication, project management, and infrastructure finance expertise.

Evaluate and underwrite illiquid lending opportunities across fund finance, structured finance, and investment-grade corporate credit. Build financial and bond pricing models, perform scenario and sensitivity analyses, assess covenants and risks, prepare investment and credit committee papers, support due diligence and loan closings, review loan documentation, and coordinate internal teams, advisors, and borrowers throughout deal execution.
