Manage private equity fund administration engagements, including fund accounting, capital calls, distributions, reporting, cash management, audits, fee calculations, waterfall models, compliance, and investor requests. Lead and develop teams, coordinate offshore affiliates, support client onboarding, oversee quality control, and implement process improvements. Requires extensive alternative investment fund experience, knowledge of partnership agreements, accounting expertise, and proficiency with fund administration platforms.

Leads a global, multi-year technology transformation program modernizing audit delivery through an AI-enabled platform. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional product, engineering, UX, methodology, deployment, and change teams; managing plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, and governance; facilitating executive stakeholder alignment; supporting Agile and release planning; and driving organizational readiness, pilots, adoption, and deployment across RSM member firms.

Leads operations and supply chain consulting engagements, including operational assessments, process analysis, transformation planning, data analysis, and implementation roadmaps. Manages client workstreams, stakeholder relationships, project risks, deliverables, and executive communications. Coaches consulting team members, supports proposals and business development, and contributes to methodologies and practice development. Focus areas include supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, continuous improvement, ERP-enabled transformation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations.
