Own customer onboarding, integration, and retention for high-stakes data migrations. Manage stakeholders and timelines, analyze and manipulate structured and unstructured datasets, build migration playbooks, debug live issues, collaborate with product and engineering, and translate customer needs into product requirements. Serve as the primary customer contact while resolving complex data and implementation challenges under time pressure.

Own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise customers: hunt and close new deals, expand accounts, mentor SDRs, provide product feedback, and work onsite daily in the NYC office to accelerate growth.

Build and maintain full-stack product features across frontend and backend, participate in product decisions and customer conversations, anticipate and handle edge cases in automation/migration systems, and contribute to infrastructure/DevOps as needed.

Founding SDR responsible for outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn), building targeted lists, qualifying leads, booking meetings for AEs, iterating messaging/sequences, and representing Rubie to technical buyers while working in-person in NYC.
