Lead regional sales enablement for North America: design and scale onboarding and value-selling programs, perform gap analyses, partner with regional leadership, drive methodology adoption (MEDDICC/Command of the Message), measure enablement impact via Salesforce and Clari, and own KPIs like quota attainment and win rates.

Perform 24/7 SOC monitoring and incident response across networks, endpoints, cloud and SaaS; triage, investigate, and remediate incidents; collaborate with vulnerability management, FedRAMP, and engineering teams; refine detection/playbooks; maintain incident documentation and SOC processes; support FedRAMP-related security and privacy responsibilities and periodic background investigations.

Provide legal guidance on Rubrik's AI use and products, ensuring compliance with laws and contracts, drafting and negotiating AI terms, coordinating generative AI review processes, educating employees, and improving AI review controls and workflows across cross-functional teams.

Lead the post-sales technical relationship for Rubrik Agent Cloud: onboard, deploy, operationalize, and drive adoption. Lead deployments, validate features with customers, create success plans and enablement materials, train PS/Support, and act as the senior technical escalation and field SME to transition customers from incubation to scale.

The Senior IAM Engineer will design, implement, and operate secure identity services, focusing on Okta administration, compliance, and IAM strategy while collaborating with various teams to enhance security and operational efficiencies.

Lead product marketing for cloud data protection: define strategy and positioning, run GTM launches and campaigns, produce content and sales enablement, manage competitive and analyst relations, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue, adoption, and market awareness.
