Supports client accounts and employee communications initiatives involving internal communications, employee engagement, organizational change, and transformation. Responsibilities include researching audiences, drafting and editing content, developing communications plans and messaging, coordinating projects, analyzing feedback and channel performance, managing timelines, and collaborating with strategy, creative, content, and analytics teams. The role also contributes to client meetings, proposals, pitches, and responsible use of AI in communications workflows.

Leads corporate and consumer communications accounts, serving as the day-to-day client contact and managing integrated programs, budgets, timelines, and teams. Develops reputation, executive visibility, thought leadership, brand positioning, and earned media strategies. Creates messaging, press materials, pitches, and executive communications; conducts media outreach; builds journalist and influencer relationships; monitors news and cultural trends; and uses research, insights, and performance data to strengthen client results.

Leads public affairs, reputation management, crisis communications, and media relations for energy, utility, health, and corporate clients. Advises senior stakeholders, develops communications strategies, manages rapid response and crisis plans, builds media and government relationships, prepares executives for interviews, monitors political and regulatory risks, and supports stakeholder engagement and business development.
