Lead day-to-day client relationships, deliver strategic PR counsel, manage account teams, develop data-driven media strategies, execute proactive media and influencer outreach, and create varied content to drive earned media and account growth.

Lead end-to-end creation of AI-generated and AI-assisted video content and broader creative production. Translate briefs into concepts, scripts, prompts and visual approaches; generate and refine AI assets; edit primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro; support live-action shoots and fast-turn edits; establish repeatable AI production processes and best practices; collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative choices to clients.

Support account leads with day-to-day client requests and project management across digital, studio, and integrated communications. Participate in client meetings, develop recommendations, manage initiatives from strategy through execution, prepare status reports, and apply knowledge of digital workflows, intranet/website management, patient advocacy coordination, and analytics reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
