Manage Runway's paid influencer and affiliate programs: identify and pitch creators (mainly YouTube), negotiate deals, handle contracts and payments, partner with agencies and growth for attribution/reporting, surface creator trends to inform creative strategy. Not a content production role.

Provide high-impact executive support to up to six C-suite leaders: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and VIP events, prepare expense reports, handle special projects (including international expansion), and build strong cross-functional relationships while anticipating needs and operating with discretion.

Create and maintain Help Center, Academy, FAQ, tutorial, webinar, and self-service content for AI software users. Translate complex product features into clear guidance, coordinate documentation launches with engineering and product, audit content accuracy and discoverability, track engagement and support metrics, and ensure policies are accurately represented. The role also supports video production, live education, templates, prompt guides, and content automation using LLMs.

Own Runway’s SEO and AEO strategy, including keyword architecture, content planning, technical SEO, experimentation, AI-search visibility, and organic growth reporting. Build scalable content such as landing pages and articles, improve crawlability through site structure and schema recommendations, collaborate with product, marketing, design, developers, and freelancers, and measure traffic, rankings, AI citations, and product signup conversion.

Own and develop production systems supporting AI-powered customer experience, including support agents, ticketing, billing workflows, reporting, QA, monitoring, releases, guardrails, and knowledge management. Build TypeScript and Node.js services on AWS, manage AI vendor integrations, create test suites and evaluations, and coordinate improvements across Product, Engineering, Education, Analytics, and community teams.

Own 3-5 named $10B+ accounts end-to-end, win 1-2 seven-figure platform deals annually, build C-suite relationships, develop multi-year account and commercial strategies, drive expansion into new divisions, tie Runway to production workflows with measurable ROI, and relay market feedback to product and engineering.

Owns corporate workplace operations across global offices, including facilities, budgets, events, real estate, leases, construction, vendors, compliance, access, and office openings. Partners with People, Finance, IT, Security, Legal, and brokers to plan space, manage buildouts, establish services, and maintain consistent workplace standards. Requires hands-on project management, lease and vendor experience, budget ownership, and occasional international travel.

Own the revenue organization’s technical systems and RevOps infrastructure. Build Salesforce integrations, enrichment pipelines, routing logic, agentic workflows, usage-based intent signals, reporting, deal desk automation, and churn or expansion detection. Connect GTM tools through APIs and webhooks, maintain data quality and observability, measure adoption and revenue impact, and partner with sellers and Product to improve enterprise revenue operations.

Own strategic C-suite partner relationships and drive adoption, onboarding, implementation, expansion, and measurable outcomes for Runway’s AI products. Collaborate with creative and technical teams to identify use cases, prototype new opportunities, provide product feedback, and shape product strategy. The role requires technical fluency, executive communication, customer-facing implementation experience, and the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Design and produce high-volume performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats for paid social, display, and YouTube. Use Runway and other generative tools to create polished, on-brand creative. Own ad execution from concept through delivery, develop creative variants for testing, interpret performance data, support product launches, maintain templates and design systems, and collaborate with product marketing, growth, and creative teams.

Lead and scale Runway's Enterprise revenue segment (25-40 GTM teammates). Own new ACV and NRR targets, manage forecasting and pipeline discipline, engage C-level buyers, drive license consumption and renewals, hire and develop frontline sales managers and revenue pods, and operate revenue as P&Ls to achieve aggressive growth.

Full‑cycle growth AE responsible for a 40–60 account book, closing 25–40 deals annually. Qualify rapidly, expand usage to increase deal size, convert product signals into pipeline, and partner with an Engagement Manager to drive customer consumption and commission unlocks.

The Enterprise Account Executive will identify prospective customers, own the sales process, develop innovative applications for AI software, and grow existing accounts while collaborating with various teams on market insights.

The Commercial Counsel will lead negotiations with customers and partners, implement commercial processes, and manage legal aspects within a fast-paced environment, specifically in the generative AI sector.

Provide high-volume inbound customer support across plans, escalate and triage technical issues, engage community channels, identify ticket patterns and recommend product improvements, create self-service content, contribute to process automation, and collaborate with product and enterprise support teams.

Build and own the company YouTube channel: set strategy, create and edit long-form videos, teach filmmaking and production workflows using Runway and other generative tools, grow audience and retention, collaborate with Product and Marketing, and run full production end-to-end.

Lead the developer platform strategy and roadmap for a generative video platform, driving API usage and revenue, while collaborating across teams.

Own revenue accounting and Order-to-Cash: prepare journal entries, AR and deferred revenue reconciliations, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition workbooks, process improvements, controls, and audit support while partnering with Sales, FP&A, and Legal.

Lead company-wide product marketing: define positioning across Creative, Dev, and Robotics; build a fast launch operating system; run competitive intelligence; enable GTM teams; write launch narratives and enablement materials; talk to customers; ship hands-on; and hire and scale a product marketing team.

Resolve high-volume customer support tickets involving account access, billing, and subscription plans. Follow macros, playbooks, and AI-assisted suggestions to provide accurate responses, identify tickets requiring Tier 2 or Enterprise escalation, and flag recurring questions for new support macros. The role requires clear written communication, process adherence, accuracy under repetitive workload, and willingness to learn the product.
