Teams at Runway

Manage full HR lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration and data integrity, benefits and leave administration, visa support, employee relations and performance processes. Act as first point of contact for employees, partner on performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys, and support ad-hoc HR tasks.

Operate and optimize paid search and emerging bidding platforms (Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads), managing seven-figure budgets across markets. Drive CAC-to-LTV optimization, run continuous experiments and incrementality tests, allocate spend by geo/campaign, and produce clear daily/weekly performance readouts. Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and engineering on tracking, attribution, and landing page conversion.

Manage Runway's paid influencer and affiliate programs: identify and pitch creators (mainly YouTube), negotiate deals, handle contracts and payments, partner with agencies and growth for attribution/reporting, surface creator trends to inform creative strategy. Not a content production role.
