Assist lead technicians with heating-system installations and service calls across customer buildings. Responsibilities include transporting tools and materials, routing sensor wires, making low-voltage connections, installing space sensors, maintaining work areas and vehicles, and traveling outside NYC. The role requires electrical knowledge, safe ladder and tool use, blueprint and wiring-diagram comprehension, customer communication, overtime availability, and a valid driver’s license.

Supports Customer Success Managers by assisting property managers, building owners, and supers; preparing savings reports; analyzing customer data and dashboards; identifying issues and trends; maintaining CRM records; executing playbooks; and driving platform adoption. The role involves troubleshooting, relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, and helping customers operate heating systems efficiently.

Lead and scale Runwise's Revenue Operations: own forecasting, territory and quota planning, pipeline management, GTM systems and data governance, build RevOps processes and team, deliver insights and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to drive predictable national revenue growth.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll engage with building owners and property managers to expand Runwise's customer base while collaborating with Account Executives. You'll utilize various outreach tactics, assess client needs, and maintain CRM systems.
