Conducts qualitative and quantitative research on third-party fixed-income and credit investment managers. Responsibilities include portfolio and strategy analysis, manager relationship development, investment rankings, risk and performance assessment, client-facing research, and process improvement. The role requires translating complex findings into investment recommendations and using Python and other analytical tools to improve research efficiency.

Supports operational due diligence reviews of traditional and alternative investment managers. Analyzes manager documentation, identifies operational risks and inconsistencies, contributes to written reports and recommendations, and helps improve team processes through technology, automation, data analysis, and generative AI. The role requires collaboration, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and domestic travel of less than 10%.

Leads complex institutional client relationships, providing strategic investment advice on asset allocation, liability-driven investing, alternatives, and multi-asset solutions. Drives revenue retention and growth, supports business development, leads executive-level client interactions, coordinates cross-functional teams, mentors colleagues, and strengthens client delivery standards. Requires deep knowledge of institutional retirement and nonprofit markets, strong communication and relationship management skills, commercial orientation, and securities licensing.
