The Director, Integrated Marketing will develop and execute marketing strategies, enable revenue growth, ensure market positioning, and lead cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI Assistants and backend services integrating LLMs with enterprise tools. Implement prompt engineering frameworks, evaluation pipelines, APIs, and observability. Collaborate with AI Ops, security, IT, and platform teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable deployments and create repeatable frameworks, documentation, and onboarding materials.

Lead design, develop, test, and deploy large-scale software systems. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams; write scalable TypeScript/Node.js code; resolve defects and performance issues; perform code reviews; mentor engineers; improve CI/CD and IaC processes; and stay current on technologies.

The Staff AI Engineer will design and build AI Assistants that automate workflows, integrate enterprise tools, and ensure systems are production-grade and secure. Responsibilities include developing APIs, enhancing assistant quality, collaborating with teams, and evaluating new AI models and tools.
