Manages the development, production, rehearsal, installation, deployment, and operational launch of cruise entertainment programs. Coordinates creative, casting, technical, shipboard, and operations teams; maintains project schedules, budgets, documentation, and production standards; leads installations and cast changeovers; supports cast and contractors; and serves as the primary liaison with shipboard leadership.

Coordinates company management and talent hospitality for sea-based entertainment productions. Responsibilities include talent onboarding, travel and housing logistics, payroll, medical and visa coordination, insurance, expense reconciliation, documentation, client systems, meetings, billables, shipping support, and policy compliance. The role serves as a primary contact for talent and requires collaboration across time zones, approximately 20% international travel, and occasional travel to ships.
