The Engineer assists the Chief Engineer with maintenance oversight for mechanical systems, conducting repairs, monitoring HVAC equipment, and responding to emergencies while ensuring tenant satisfaction and adhering to building regulations.

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion: plan and schedule work, control budgets and contracts, ensure safety and permit compliance, coordinate architects/contractors/asset teams, track progress, and deliver client-facing reports and documentation.

Lead fund-level financial modeling, forecasting, cash and liquidity management, and investor reporting for real estate private equity and debt funds. Provide portfolio analytics, scenario and covenant analysis, and strategic recommendations. Oversee data governance, reporting automation, and investor due diligence responses. Partner cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality investor communications.

Serve as senior internal tax executive overseeing outsourced compliance, managing external advisors, advising on transactions, fund and entity strategy, tax planning and forecasting, governance, and cross-functional tax leadership for investments, finance, legal, and executive teams.

Support project managers in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance for interior construction projects. Coordinate stakeholders, track site progress and quality, assist with RFIs/submittals, change orders, permits, and project reporting. Use construction management software and maintain contract and insurance documentation to help deliver projects on time and on budget.
