The Engineer assists the Chief Engineer with maintenance oversight for mechanical systems, conducting repairs, monitoring HVAC equipment, and responding to emergencies while ensuring tenant satisfaction and adhering to building regulations.

Lead fund-level financial modeling, forecasting, cash and liquidity management, and investor reporting for real estate private equity and debt funds. Provide portfolio analytics, scenario and covenant analysis, and strategic recommendations. Oversee data governance, reporting automation, and investor due diligence responses. Partner cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality investor communications.

Provide engineering oversight for development and construction programs across the RXR portfolio. Monitor projects, manage consultants, ensure code compliance and commissioning, perform engineering analytics, manage capital plans, collect documentation, and support property teams from scope inception through project closeout.
