Partners cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting to evaluate performance, optimize portfolios, support capital structure decisions, and deliver accurate investor communications. Requires advanced Excel modeling, PowerPoint communication, real estate fund expertise, and strategic analytical leadership.

Leads corporate financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, integrated financial model ownership, scenario analysis, liquidity planning, and strategic decision support. Coordinates forecasts across business segments, evaluates transactions and operating changes, prepares executive and investor materials, and translates financial and operating data into recommendations for senior leadership. The role also mentors junior finance staff and manages cross-functional planning processes.

Serve as senior internal tax executive overseeing outsourced compliance, managing external advisors, advising on transactions, fund and entity strategy, tax planning and forecasting, governance, and cross-functional tax leadership for investments, finance, legal, and executive teams.
