The Engineer assists the Chief Engineer with maintenance oversight for mechanical systems, conducting repairs, monitoring HVAC equipment, and responding to emergencies while ensuring tenant satisfaction and adhering to building regulations.

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion: plan and schedule work, control budgets and contracts, ensure safety and permit compliance, coordinate architects/contractors/asset teams, track progress, and deliver client-facing reports and documentation.

Lead fund-level financial modeling, forecasting, cash and liquidity management, and investor reporting for real estate private equity and debt funds. Provide portfolio analytics, scenario and covenant analysis, and strategic recommendations. Oversee data governance, reporting automation, and investor due diligence responses. Partner cross-functionally with acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality investor communications.
