Leads fund-level financial modeling, forecasting, liquidity management, portfolio optimization, investor reporting, data governance, and process improvement across real estate private equity and debt funds. Partners with acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting teams while providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership and overseeing investor-facing deliverables.

The Engineer assists the Chief Engineer with maintenance oversight for mechanical systems, conducting repairs, monitoring HVAC equipment, and responding to emergencies while ensuring tenant satisfaction and adhering to building regulations.

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion: plan and schedule work, control budgets and contracts, ensure safety and permit compliance, coordinate architects/contractors/asset teams, track progress, and deliver client-facing reports and documentation.
