Manages Ryder’s government relations programs, focusing on state and local policy issues while supporting federal initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring legislation and regulations, developing policy analyses and advocacy materials, managing cross-functional projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and tracking advocacy outcomes. The role builds relationships with policymakers, trade associations, consultants, and business leaders while integrating government relations strategies into business planning and communications.

Leads sales, customer support, customer success, account management, and growth strategy for Ryder’s mobile maintenance business. Owns revenue growth, retention, customer experience, strategic accounts, forecasting, profitability, market expansion, and commercial partnerships. Builds and develops geographically dispersed teams, oversees support operations, negotiates contracts, supports product commercialization, and partners cross-functionally on business planning, transformation, and customer outcomes.

Coordinates network carrier relationships and logistics operations, including delivery scheduling, return authorizations, order research, proof-of-delivery tracking, invoice support, and system updates. The role ensures carrier compliance, delivery performance, timely billing, and customer satisfaction while supporting the Operations Supervisor with return-truck planning and communications.
