Own the lifecycle marketing project calendar across email, SMS, and retention campaigns. Translate strategy into project plans, coordinate creative and technical partners, manage workflows and project tools, enforce QA, track risks and deadlines, and support campaign measurement and experimentation. The role ensures high-volume campaigns are executed accurately and on time while continuously improving team processes and productivity.

Own financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow planning, and analysis across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels. Partner with leadership on resource allocation, unit economics, channel performance, and strategic decisions. Improve reporting infrastructure and forecasting processes while implementing AI-enabled automation to increase efficiency and analytical output. The role requires strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
